"I believe that the vestibular testing done at Back in Balance is extremely important for this patient population. As an ER physician, I have seen patients have life threatening injuries ruled out swiftly and expertly, but the aftermath that may initially be overlooked becomes the life altering condition that people suffer with daily and are uncertain where to seek help. Patients suffer from headaches, dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus and often they (and their health care providers) are unsure what to do to help treat these symptoms, which then leads to increasing mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety that compounds the original symptoms. At Back in Balance patients are appropriately and professionally assessed to determine not only the extent and type of injuries, but how to subsequently treat those findings."
